- Ecopetrol announced plans to invest ~$600 million to construct a SAF production plant at its Barrancabermeja refinery in Colombia, South America.
- Ash Creek Renewables, a U.S.-based technology solutions provider, secured an exclusive licensing agreement from Montana State University to use a new high-performance camelina seed variety for SAF production.
